Not looking to deal with your matter in the traditional court system? Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process where a third party (the mediator) helps parties resolve their dispute through discussion in meetings and focusing on the interests of the parties. The mediator is a neutral third party, who is not representing either side but whose focus is on getting the parties to come to some sort of resolution.
We offer mediation services for family law matter, civil law matters, estate litigation matters, and any other matters of contention that may arise. Our law firm has four mediators that are trained and have experience in dealing with conflict and work to help resolve disputes. We can also provide a mediation report to assist in finalizing the resolution in an agreement or an order.
We strive to provide exceptional mediation services with both clients’ input in the process and the resolution. If you are interested in mediation, Please contact us to set up your first mediation meeting.
Should mediation not resolve your issues, or if you don’t want to wait for a court date to finalize issues in a dispute, our office also offers Arbitration. Arbitration is the process where a third party arbitrator acts as a decision-maker of an issue, or entire matter. The process involves presenting your case to the arbitrator in the process that is either determined by the arbitrator or is determined as agreed upon between the parties.
At the end of the arbitration, a decision will have been made so that both parties can have the matter concluded. Please contact our office if you are interested in arbitration.
